1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Because (“App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Because is a simulation-based educational platform where users predict future prices of financial instruments using virtual points.

This App:

• Does NOT facilitate real trading
• Does NOT involve real money
• Does NOT provide financial advice
• Is strictly for educational and entertainment purposes

3. Strict No Financial or Gambling Use

This App is NOT:

• A trading platform
• A brokerage service
• A gambling or betting platform

No real money, rewards, or financial gain is involved.

4. No Real Market Participation

The App does not connect to, interact with, or execute trades on any financial exchange. All activities are purely simulated.

5. No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the App does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between the User and the Operator.

6. Virtual Points Policy

• Users receive free points daily
• Points have no monetary value
• Cannot be redeemed, transferred, or sold
• May be modified or removed at any time

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with applicable laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, use bots, manipulate outcomes, or submit unlawful or harmful content. You may provide reasoning (“Because Conditions”) for your speculations.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, inciting violence, or infringing on intellectual property. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer the App, use automated bots to claim points, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.

9. User Content License

You grant a worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Data Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be personally liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of the App.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims arising from misuse of the App.

15. Payments Disclaimer

The App does not process payments, deposits, withdrawals, or monetary transactions of any kind.

16. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violations.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction: Haryana, India.

18. App Store Compliance

This App complies with Apple and Google policies and does not fall under real-money gaming or gambling categories.

19. Policy Updates

Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use implies acceptance.
